Dr. Akash Kanwal Attreya is a board-certified family medicine physician with broad practice experience including academics, osteopathy, primary care, inpatient medicine, and telemedicine. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University, Dr. Attreya completed his osteopathic medical education at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Attreya trained at the McAllen Family Medicine Residency Program, where he served as the Academic Chief during his final year of training. When not working, Dr. Attreya loves to binge incessantly on movies, catch up on his comics and video games, brush up on his beatboxing, and generally putter around with a wide range of interests and adventures.
